HYDRAULIC PUSHER EXTRACTOR (TRAFFIC)
Fuel is extracted from a floor level silo. The extractor is comprised of several modules arranged side-by-side and covering the whole surface of the silo floor. Each module is comprised of a fixed rack and a moving rack actuated by a hydraulic jack. This type of extraction allows trucks or tyred machinery to be used in the fuel supply phase; this operation is carried out with the extractor stopped.
