The Vitry le François district heating plant, which dates back to the 1980s, is now obsolete and no longer complies, in terms of emissions, with current regulations.

In a context of renovation of the Vitry Habitat housing stock and in order to ensure the sustainability of the heating network, the “SEM Vitry Energies” Joint Economy Company has decided to set up a concession for the renovation, modernization, extension and operation of the Vitry heat network.
In this context Dalkia, the dealer of the heating network of SEM Vitry Energies will carry out the construction work of a new wood boiler, of power more adapted to the needs of the heat network.

COMPTE.R will supply and install the 8.5 MW, 10 bar pressure boiler that will equip this new boiler room.
