Launched in 2013, the project of eco-district at the Viotte site in Besançon focuses on major developments around the city’s train station.

As part of these developments, Spie Est has been awarded the production of 3 technical lots relating to the first two buildings of the tertiary sector.

The contract won by Spie Est includes HVAC installations, including a 500 KW wood boiler that will be supplied by COMPTE.R.
