The 1.5 MW Compact LN boiler for CEDER-CIEMAT’s biomass heating network has been delivered to Lubia (Spain).
Equipped with a fully cooled furnace, it can burn a wide range of fuels. Thanks to a Low Nox post-combustion chamber, it guarantees the reduction of NOx emissions into the atmosphere to below 300 mg/Nm3 at 6% O2.

The boiler will be fed with wood chips from forestry by-products. The installation of geothermal back-up will ensure flexibility in the operation of the system and maximum energy efficiency.
