As part of the creation of the wood boiler and the heating network of the city of Joué-les-Tours, COMPTE.R delivered 2 biomass boilers with a total capacity of 9 MW.

More than 50% of the production of the heat network will come from a renewable energy source. CO2 emissions will be reduced by almost 25,000 tonnes per year.

This project will reduce the energy bill by 5% and create 17 direct and indirect jobs in the local biomass sector.

The assembly of the wood boilers is in progress.

Commissioning of the network is planned for 2019.
