As part of the energy rehabilitation of 358 collective housing units in Belfort, TERRITOIRE HABITAT has entrusted ENGIE with the rehabilitation of the wood-fired boiler room, the substations and the networks supplying the 4 buildings concerned with heating and domestic hot water.

To replace the existing wood boiler, COMPTE.R will supply an 800 kW boiler. The boiler will be equipped with an electrostatic precipitator to ensure that the dust emission rate is below 30 mg/Nm3 at 6% O2.
