In agreement with its project “The Target is territory with positive energy”, Roche aux Fees Community has developed collective heating networks powered by wood boilers.

One of them, that of Retiers will be equipped with two COMPTE.R boilers  of 500 kW each, supplied by wood resulting from the grove produced locally.

The rate of renewable energy coverage for users of these heat networks would be 92.4%.

In 2013 COMPTE.R has already provided for the Community of Communes in the Country of the Roche aux Fées a biomass boiler of 1 MW which feeds since the equipments, buildings and communal institutions of the city of Janzé.
